Pat Hardy Predicts George W. Bush 2004 Win

Stated in ETC Newsletter - October 5, 2004 - Autumn
Presidential Election 2004 on November 2, 2004-

"
People in general, admire high energy in others - there's a power to that image and right now George Bush exhibits more of that than JF Kerry.  IF Kerry were to put on the boxing gloves and show more of a fighting spirit (not necessarily war-oriented) he may have a chance, but it seems George Bush has better trends to be re-elected for another term as Commander-in-Chief."
                                                                    ALSO
".....I think that George Bush does not appear to be out of a job - but will be called in for more of his energy, resources and increased responsibilities and commitments to complete (however that is defined) his tasks by being elected President of the United States."
TIME MAGAZINE  November 3, 2004- "SWEET SUCCESS: This time Bush won the popular vote as well as the electoral tally."

"

FINANCIAL MARKET: Dow Jones Industrials hit 11-month low on 10/22/04 and has dipped to 9,732 intra-day low  (ETC was written on 10/5/04 and the DJIA was at 10,253) a loss of over 500 points. so far during this past eclipse period.

Stated in ETC Newsletter -July 5, 2004 -Summer  Issue

"Stock Market and Speculation - It appears that a short term top has taken place the last week of June and the Dow Jones Industrial Stock chart appears to be rolling over from the late June top.  I am expecting a strong downside momentum for the month of July breaking below the 10,000 level once again. Best is to park it in cash instruments for preservation of capital."

NEW YORK (CNN/Money) July 26, 2004 -DJIA at  9913.53 "The major indexes were hit hard last week, and for most of July. While most second-quarter earnings have topped estimates, some of the third-quarter forecasts have been muted, particularly in technology. This has created fear that corporate profit growth is slowing, and might pressure stock valuations through the rest of the year."

ECLIPSES
This is a reminder that there are 2 eclipses coming this month - Saturday, November 8, a Taurus lunar eclipse and Sunday, November 23, a Sagittarius solar eclipse.  As mentioned before, Eclipses are high energy periods of volatility and important decisions or signing important documents should be rescheduled to a more appropriate time. The emphasis of unusual weather patterns and earth disturbances (i.e. earthquakes, volcano eruptions, unusual tidal activity, etc) are at a high level of possibility."

Windstorms Knock Out Power to 1.4 Million
Nov 13, 11:45 PM (ET) AP
- Windstorms gusting to more than 70 mph swept across the Midwest and the East, knocking out power to more than 1.4 million customers and bringing rain and flooding that flushed out buildings "like a toilet."

A motorist who drove past a roadblock was swept away by a creek in West Virginia, and in New York a tree fell onto a car, killing the driver.

Michigan and Ohio were the hardest hit by power outages, with about 375,000 customers affected in each state. The majority had electricity restored by late Thursday.

Heavy wind also knocked out power to thousands in Delaware, Illinois, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. On the West Coast, meanwhile, Los Angeles was recovering from a freak storm that dumped 5 inches of rain and hail in some areas in less than two hours.

Gusts up to 74 mph knocked down trees and power lines in Michigan. Scores of school districts canceled classes.  Winds halted boat traffic on the Great Lakes, where waves of up to 16 feet were recorded on lakes Erie and Ontario.

New York-area airports had flight delays of up to three hours Thursday.

Seven people were injured Wednesday night in Wooster, Ohio, when a tornado damaged a Rubbermaid plant. The twister, with winds of 110 to 130 mph, was on the ground for about 12 miles, said meteorologist Mark Adams of the National Weather Service.

Another tornado that hit Lexington Township near Alliance, about 50 miles southeast of Cleveland, had winds of 75 to 100 mph and damaged a few homes and a school, Adams said.

In South Charleston, Linda McCune was rescued from rising water at her home on her 60th birthday.
In Sterling, Va., the winds hurled a tree onto a 14-year-old, injuring her as she waited for her bus. And in Victor, N.Y., outside of Rochester, a 37-year-old woman died after winds blew a large tree onto her car.
Wind-whipped flames gutted most of a 42-unit apartment complex Thursday in Newark, N.J., leaving up to 80 people homeless.

In western North Carolina, a visitors center on the Blue Ridge Parkway had its roof ripped off Thursday morning. Parkway officials closed a 12-mile stretch of the road.

In Los Angeles, several inches of rain and hail turned some streets to rivers Wednesday night, and more than 100 motorists and pedestrians were rescued from waist-deep water.

The storm knocked out power to nearly 115,000 customers in Los Angeles County for varying lengths of time.

Stated in ETC Newsletter- September 2003 Autumn Issue:

"The potential for a rally can come as soon as the fourth quarter starts and stay through the second week in October.  Also a  substantial rally will be around the end of October and early November. "

NEW YORK (CNN/Money) - October 14, 2003 : Markets edge higher in late trade as investors use solid earnings news to extend Monday's gains.

Small gains on Wall Street were enough to lift stocks to a new set of multimonth highs Tuesday, as a few technology buyers emerged near the close, ahead of Intel's earnings report. The three major indexes -- the Dow Jones industrial average (up 48.60 to 9812.98), the Nasdaq composite (up 9.66 to 1943.19) and the Standard & Poor's 500 (up 4.13 to 1049.48) index -- all closed higher.

CALIFORNIA GOVERNOR'S RACE
"As mentioned in ETC Newsletter Update- August 12, 2003:
"Keep an eye on the "California Recall" during Mercury retrograde (8/28 - 9/20) as you may see a wobble effect with Gov. Davis taking the lead again. But since the elections are after Mercury Retrograde he may be replaced on October 7, 2003."

During the Mercury retrograde period California courts halted the Recall process.  Gov. Gray Davis was back in the limelight and thought his position was secure.  Three days after Mercury ended its retrograde period on September 24, 2003 a federal appeals court swiftly and emphatically ensured that California's historic recall election will proceed on schedule, ending a week of jangled nerves and political uncertainty.  California will hold elections on Tuesday, October 7, 2003. Arnold Schwarzenegger is ahead in the polls at this time.  Could Arnold be California's Governator?  YES, it is very possible!"

It's Gov. Schwarzenegger
CNN: October 8, 2003
- Action movie hero Arnold Schwarzenegger, a political novice, is poised to tackle what may be his toughest role yet -- governor -- with his decisive victory in California's colorful and rollicking recall race. "California has given me the greatest gift of all," said Schwarzenegger. "You've given me your trust by voting for me." Ousted Gov. Gray Davis called Schwarzenegger to congratulate him for his victory.

This is a classic earth disturbance - earthquake and/or volcanic activity, even unusual weather patterns across the nation/globe.  I would not be surprised to see EQ’s in the war zone areas due to the disturbances created by bombing the earth! This is an EQ prone area anyway – adding more stress other than drilling. (Turkey, Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan region)"

BINGOL, Turkey (CNN)
-- More than 80 schoolchildren were feared trapped under the rubble of their four-story school dormitory in southeastern Turkey following a powerful earthquake which killed at least 85 people.

The magnitude 6.4 earthquake knocked out power and brought down 25 buildings in Bingol, about 500 kilometers (320 miles) east of Ankara, Bingol Mayor Feyzullah Karaaslan said.

Another 430 people were injured, and Turkey's minister of public works said he expected the death toll to reach 150.
